Restora­tive Yoga is for those want­ing to focus on 5 to 6 asnas for the hour. Props will be used to allow the mind to focus and the body to hold posi­tions for long peri­ods of time. The phi­los­o­phy in this class is to give the body time to become still allow­ing heal­ing to come from within.
